BD & Strategy Leader

Required:
- Good English knowledge
- Identifying initial project risks
- Establishing and implementing a strategy
- Close liaison with the wider team including other vertical business units and horizontally with supporting stakeholders in strategy, finance, HR, legal etc.
- Master’s / bachelor’s degree
- Professional qualifications: Construction, Marine, Mechanical or Civil Engineer (Bachelors) with several years’ experience.

Job description:
- Preparation of reports for the Company management as and when required.
- Ensure that the financial modelling and sales forecasts are aligned with the market and the margins are reasonable.
- Build the optimum operating model which will ensure the Company covers the market demand, regionally and will eventually compete globally.
- Fully manage the acquisition of demand analysis in terms of the core product mix in defense, leisure, commercial and defense sectors – this is for the purpose of capturing vessel new build manufacturing and MRO work for the holding company.
- Work with the consultancies – strategy and technical to develop all commercial documentation to engage with key industry stakeholders in the maritime sector.
