NEDCON MARITIME is recruiting for project in Saudi Arabia HR Coordinator Required: - Good English knowledge - Bachelor’s degree in HR or a business/system related discipline from a recognized and approved program - experience in HR functions Job description: - The HR Coordinators primary role is to support the HR & Training Leaders role in the development of the HR & Training strategy for the Maritime Expansion Strategy project - Explore opportunities for shared HR services resulting in efficiencies and improved services by leveraging economies of scale and technologies. This will be gauged by both quantitative and qualitative means. - Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR groups to develop solutions, programs, and policies. - Review the effectiveness of HR policies and procedures to identify the most practical approaches. - Deliver workshops and forums and coordinate relevant meetings to share lessons learned. - Act as a task force member as assigned to solve special problems in your area of expertise. - Assess the effectiveness of policies and instructions within your own area of assignment and recommend revisions. - Conduct surveys and cost/benefit analysis to support policy reviews or applications of new procedures in determining feasibility of proposals.
