Short Description
NEDCON MARITIME is recruiting RIG REPAIR PROJECT MANAGER for project abroad
Required:
- Experience working as a Rig Repair Project Manager
- University degree in a suitable field and a minimum of five (5) years of marine and engineering experience
- Excellent command in English language (written & spoken)
- Good knowledge in Computer applications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as lead Project Manager with tracking all labor costs, expenses, and project timelines.
Create and maintain project schedule
Track all labor costs, expenses, and project timelines, and evaluate progress and quality of work being performed by designer and contractors
Evaluate project plans, work hours, budgets, and expenditures
Perform data and budget analysis and create reports as needed
Provide detailed construction status reports
Maintain professional relationships with all clients and contractors
Organize and host on-site and virtual construction meetings
Efficiently and accurately communicate relevant project information to the project team
Review field inspection reports from consultants throughout life cycle of the project
Assist the Program Manager with drafts and issuance of project proposals, tenders, budgets, cash flows and preliminary schedules.
Issue contracts, Letters of Intent, Purchase Orders, etc.
Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors
Maintain contract execution tracking log, including change orders
Control all project data throughout the lifecycle of the project
Prepare substantial completion certificates and ensure all project closeout documents are obtained and filed
