NEDCON MARITIME IS RECURITING SHIP MANAGER
LOCATION – SHIPYARD IN SPAIN

1. MISSION

- The Ship Manager is the coordinator of all specified Jobs of each Project.
- He manages the specification, Schedule, coordination of human resources, material needs and daily control of each Project.

2. DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIES
• Analyze the specification and quotation.
• Develop the Schedule according to existing resources and delivery terms.
• Coordinate Project works, both on board and at workshops
• Daily Schedule monitoring.
• Coordinate the services needed for the success of the Project.
• Coordinate the necessary services to meet the needs of the Project in each time.
• Identification, evaluation and registration of any deviation (V/Os)
• Customer relationship
• Manage the shipyard and vessel daily`s meetings.
• Propose to the factory manager the needed actions to achieve the Project target.
• Communicate and attend to any kind of environmental emergency.
• Develop the Safety Plan of each Project together with the Shipyard Safety Manager
3. PROFILE REQUIRED
- A good knowledge of the maritime domain
- Fluent English (read, written, spoken)
- Good management skills

The duty is defined by the tasks listed above but is not limited to them.
