NEDCON MARITIME is recruiting for project in Saudi Arabia: Technical Operational SME – Vessel Building (Leisure) Required: - Good English knowledge - Identifying initial project risks - Establishing and implementing a strategy - Close liaison with the wider team including other vertical business units and horizontally with supporting stakeholders in strategy, finance, HR, legal etc. - Master’s / bachelor’s degree - Professional qualifications: Construction, Marine, Mechanical or Civil Engineer (Bachelors) with several years’ experience. - Experience in the leisure vessel building industry, with at least 10 years spent working directly for the manufacturer - Experience of working as the “main contractor” in shipyard facilities with start-up experience, especially in a large MRO shipyard facility. - Experience of maintain vessels from inception to completion – in a project management / leadership role. - Alignment with the requirement for shipyards to incorporate digitalization & environmental strategies and experience of implementation Job description: - Preparation of reports for the Company management as and when required. - Complying with Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.
